Payments

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?

No, you don’t need to register with PayPal to make a purchase, you can use either a Credit / Debit card or a PayPal account if you do already have one.

Is it safe to order from Exquisite Clutter?

PayPal handle all our payments and we never see your credit / debit card details. We only use your email address to contact you if there is a problem and your postal address to send your order to.

We ship internationally.

How much is Postage and Packaging?

Exquisite Clutter Subsidizes The Real Actual Cost Of Postage.
Delivery prices are;

UK & Ireland: £5.00 per order.
Europe: £8.00 per order.
Rest of the World: £12.00 per order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In virtually all cases you should expect your order to arrive within 2 – 14 days, Depending on Location. However postage delays or holidays such as Christmas & Bank Holiday’s can delay the delivery, so please allow For This.

How are the orders sent?

All orders are sent by Special Delivery in the UK and International Signed for outside of the UK, a signature will be required to receive your delivery.

Returns

How do I return a order?

www.exquisiteclutter.com would prefer to exchange for an item of the same value or higher. However we comply with UK Distance Selling Regulations & returns are accepted. Notify us immediately of your intention to return the goods which must be returned within UK 7 days, EU & International 14 days of delivery to the address to which you instructed us to deliver. You must dispatch the goods from that address by secure signed for delivery method & advise us of the carriers & package registration number. Only goods that are in their original condition & fit for resale without any contamination will be accepted. IMPORTANT!! INTERNATIONAL RETURNS FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE EU (European Economic Community). A customs declaration must be completed and accompany all returns from outside of the European Economic Community. The customs declaration must tick the box ‘OTHER’ and the description for other must state ‘RETURNED GOODS ORIGINATING IN EEC’. Goods returned without this declaration may attract duty and sales tax from the UK authorities which will be declared to the buyer and will be deducted from any refund. All ACTUAL postage costs are Not Refundable & Will Be Deducted from your final refund ammount.
